Accessibility statement

How Ram Thai improves access to the public website for visitors with visual, motor, hearing or cognitive needs.

Status

Ram Thai aims to make the public website as accessible as possible according to WCAG 2.2 AA and the European EN 301 549 standard. The website has not yet been formally audited by an external accessibility expert, so this statement is an honest work status rather than a legal conformance certificate.

What is already in place?

The public website uses semantic HTML where possible, clear form labels, keyboard-operable links and buttons, visible focus indicators, page language settings, alternative text for images and reduced-motion support.

Known attention points

We continue to pay attention to colour contrast, complex interactive parts such as galleries and forms, screen-reader status messages, PDFs or external documents, and content added later through the admin portal.

Report a problem

If you experience an accessibility problem or need information in another format, contact E-mail. Please mention the page, the problem and the assistive technology or browser you use.

Improvement plan

For future changes we check keyboard operation, clear link text, alt text, status messages, focus order and contrast. A formal audit can be planned later when the public site and admin portal are stable enough.
