A strong performance starts with clear agreements. This checklist helps everything run smoothly, professionally and pleasantly.

Checklist

  • Free and clearly visible stage or suitable performance area
  • Small dressing room or screened-off area
  • Clear timing and an on-site contact person
  • Music via phone, laptop, USB or agreed sound source
  • Access, parking and loading possibility if needed
  • Agreement about sound system for larger halls or outdoor locations

Music and technical setup

Ram Thai can provide music digitally. Limited sound equipment can be discussed for small moments; for larger halls, festivals or outdoor locations, a suitable sound system is important.

Send us the date, location, audience, timing and event type. We will prepare a proposal that fits your programme.
