FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers for organisers who want to book Ram Thai.
What should we provide when Ram Thai performs?
Please provide a clean dressing room, enough time to change, a safe and clean performance area and a contact person on site. For outdoor performances, a dry and level surface is important.
Who provides the music?
Ram Thai can provide the music digitally. The organizer preferably provides a sound system with a connection for a phone, laptop, or USB stick. Please agree on this in advance so that everything can run smoothly.
If there is no sound system available, Ram Thai can provide equipment ourselves. For small events, we have a mobile Bluetooth speaker. For larger events, we can bring a professional sound system with two speakers and PA. An additional fee of €50 is charged for this professional setup.
Can you provide your own sound system?
For smaller performances, Ram Thai can bring limited sound equipment by agreement. For larger halls, festivals or outdoor venues, we recommend a professional system provided by the organiser.
What are the prices for a performance?
The price depends on date, location, duration, number of dancers, preparation, travel and technical needs. Send the practical details through the booking form and we will make a suitable proposal.
How much time do the dancers need to change between two performances?
Please allow at least 45 minutes between two performances. This time is needed to change costumes, jewellery, hair accessories and make-up carefully and safely.
Does Ram Thai & Dance Team bring its own photographer?
In most cases Ram Thai & Dance Team brings its own photographer. This allows us to document the performance for our archive, website and social media. We are happy to agree this in advance with the organiser, especially when specific privacy or venue rules apply.
May photos of the performance be used?
Photos remain protected by copyright. Images from our own photographer may only be used in the agreed context, with proper credit where needed. If an organiser or external photographer wants to share images, we prefer to agree in advance how credit, consent and publication will be handled.
